Terms & Conditions Of Hire

1. The HIRER shall indemnify us for any loss or damage to the equipment howsoever caused and ALSO for any loss sustained by us due to the non-availability of the equipment to fulfill our further engagements.

2. The OWNERS are only responsible for the hire of the equipment. The OWNERS are not responsible for any injury or damage caused howsoever to any person using the equipment.

3. The HIRER must ensure that the equipment is supervised by a
RESPONSIBLE PERSON AT ALL TIMES.

4. The HIRER must follow the SAFETY PROCEDURES detailed herein and all instructions provided.

5. The HIRER must abide by the terms and conditions of hire and agree to be the person responsible for the proper use and return of the equipment.

6. If the equipment is returned in such a dirty condition that immediate cleaning is necessary, a charge for this cleaning may be levied.

Safety Procedures

• No-one should be allowed on the equipment until it is fully inflated

• Users should remove footwear before using the inflatable

• No-one should have any hard, sharp or dangerous objects on their person

• Don not allow anyone eating, drinking or chewing on the inflatable

• Children must never be left unsupervised on the equipment

• Do not allow more than the specified number of users on the inflatable

• Do not allow users above the specified age on the inflatable

• Do not allow users of vastly different sizes on the inflatable together

• Do not allow boisterous behaviour, climbing or hanging on the walls, no backflips, no somersaults

• Do not allow users to slide down the slide steps

• Do not allow users to climb up in the sliding area

• Do not allow walking or running down the slide

• The inflatable must not be used outside in very wet or windy conditions.
